Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-25

This Privacy Policy describes how applications and websites published by K6Studio Bartosz Lasko, Kacper Lasko, Adam Lasko, including but not limited to epomoce.pl and afizyka.pl, handle user information.

This policy is intended as a general privacy policy for current and future applications, tools, and websites, unless a specific product has its own separate privacy policy.

General Principle

Our applications and websites are designed to minimize data collection. Whenever possible, app features work locally on the user's device without requiring account registration or transmission of personal data to our servers.

Information We May Process

Depending on the specific application or website, the following types of data may be processed strictly for functionality, security, analytics, diagnostics, or advertising purposes:

- basic technical information about the device and operating system
- app diagnostics, crash logs, and performance data
- approximate or precise location, if required by a given app feature and permitted by the user
- data from device sensors, such as light sensor, compass, accelerometer, gyroscope, motion sensors, microphone, GPS, or other environmental sensors
- phone state and cellular network information, if required by a given app feature and permitted by the user
- camera access, if required by the application feature used by the user
- network information such as IP address
- website usage data, such as pages visited, browser type, and cookies

The exact scope depends on the app or website being used, the Android system, browser behavior, permissions granted by the user, and third-party services enabled in that product.

How Data Is Used

Data may be processed for the following purposes:

- to provide the main functionality of the app or website
- to improve stability, performance, and security
- to diagnose technical problems and crashes
- to display ads, where applicable
- to measure general traffic and usage patterns on websites

Local Processing on the Device

Many features in our applications process data locally on the user's device. In such cases, data is not transmitted to our servers and is used only to provide the requested functionality of the application.

Sensor Data

Some applications may access device sensors such as accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, light sensor, microphone, GPS, or other environmental sensors.

These sensors may be used to measure environmental conditions, device movement, sound levels, or location in order to provide the main functionality of the application.

Sensor measurements are processed locally on the device and are not transmitted to the developer's servers unless explicitly required by a feature of the application and initiated by the user.

Phone State and Cellular Network Data

Some applications, such as cellular signal analyzers or network diagnostic tools, may request access to phone state or cellular network information, including the Android permission READ_PHONE_STATE.

This permission may be used to read technical information required for the core functionality of the application, such as mobile network type, operator information, cellular signal parameters, service state, SIM/network status, cell identifiers, radio access technology, and related diagnostic network data.

This information is used only to display cellular signal, LTE/5G, operator, BTS/cell, and network quality analysis inside the application. The application does not use this permission to make phone calls, read call content, read SMS messages, record conversations, or access the user's contact list.

Phone state and cellular network data are processed locally on the user's device for diagnostic and measurement purposes. This data is not transmitted to the developer's servers unless a specific feature explicitly requires it and is initiated by the user.

Health Data

Certain applications may process data derived from device sensors that could indirectly relate to physical activity or environmental exposure, for example movement detection, sound level monitoring, or environmental measurements.

Such information is used solely to provide measurement or analysis features within the application and is processed locally on the user's device.

The application does not collect, store, or transmit personal health or medical information to the developer's servers.

Advertising

Some applications may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

These services may automatically collect certain information, such as:

- advertising identifiers
- device identifiers
- IP address
- approximate location
- app interaction and ad performance data
- device type, system version, and technical information

Third-party advertising providers process data according to their own privacy policies. For Google services, more information is available here:

https://policies.google.com/privacy

Analytics and Diagnostics

Some applications or websites may use analytics or diagnostic tools to better understand errors, crashes, and general product performance. Such tools may collect technical and usage data.

Permissions

Some applications may request Android permissions such as location, camera, storage, sensors, microphone, phone state, or network access. These permissions are requested only when needed for specific features of the application.

For example, cellular signal analyzer applications may use phone state access to read technical mobile network information required to display LTE/5G signal, operator, cell, and service state diagnostics. Users can manage app permissions in their device settings.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support embedded third-party services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal data.

Data may be shared only in the following cases:

- with service providers that support app or website operation, such as advertising, analytics, hosting, or diagnostics providers
- when required by law, legal process, or enforceable governmental request
- when necessary to protect rights, security, users, or the public
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets

Children's Privacy

Our applications and websites are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific product and handled in accordance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through one of our apps or websites, please contact us so appropriate action can be taken.

Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security and diagnostics, depending on the nature of the data and the service involved.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through our applications and websites. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.

User Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to object to certain processing.

You may also limit data processing by uninstalling the app, clearing app data, disabling permissions, adjusting advertising settings, or discontinuing use of the website.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our apps and websites may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers. Users should review the privacy policies of those providers separately.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the applications or websites after changes become effective means acceptance of the updated policy.
